The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, facilities are brand new, breakfast is homemade and flexible, convenient location near supermarket.

Had an incredible New Year's experience! The hotel staff was amazing! The complimentary breakfast was tasty and featured fresh ingredients. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Found the 24-hour supermarket nearby to be incredibly convenient - didn't have to worry about essentials. It was pretty easy to get to the main attractions too!

That the stairs were steep and we found it challenging to carry our luggage upstairs. Another thing was that there was no signage outside the hotel, making it difficult initially to find the location.

We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff even offered us coffee while we waited. The location of this hotel was perfect, with the old town just a short cab ride away. There was also a 24-hour supermarket conveniently located just two minutes away. The room itself was well-equipped and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the room was a major plus.

The hotel's location is decent, with a 24-hour supermarket just a short walk away. the staff is friendly and flexible, accommodating early check-ins and even making coffee waiting for their rooms. the family studio offers a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen for added convenience.

There was some outside noise that could be heard in the family studio, which was a bit disruptive.

Our romantic stay was amazing thanks to the comfortable beds and spacious rooms with all the facilities we needed. the rooms were impeccably clean and provided coffee and tea-making facilities, a fridge, and even bathrobes! We loved the fact that we could request whatever breakfast we wanted, which was homemade and delicious. there was a 24-hour supermarket within 2 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Finding the hotel was quite a challenge, as there was no sign outside to indicate it was a hotel. the stairs were very steep and tricky to climb, so be prepared to have some trouble with your luggage.
